RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At VEROSA, we take pride in creating high-quality jewelry pieces.
All custom, personalized, engraved, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
For non-custom items, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
